How long does a cleaning service take?

Do you require payment at the time of booking?

Payment terms may vary depending on the service. In most cases, a valid payment method is required to confirm and secure your booking.

In general, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may qualify for a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a service credit, and cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full.

What happens if you cannot access the property?

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a completed service and charges may apply.
