Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Triple Box Cleaning Service LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of services
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Airbnb turnover cleaning
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Window cleaning (interior/exterior and frames)
- Carpet cleaning and additional services
All services are performed based on the agreed scope at the time of booking. Any additional work requested on-site or required due to property condition may result in additional charges.
2. Access to property
The client is responsible for ensuring full access to the property at the scheduled time.
If we are unable to access the property:
- A service fee may apply
- The appointment may be canceled or rescheduled
- Rebooking is not guaranteed for the same day
3. Pricing & condition adjustments
All pricing is based on:
- Property size
- Service type
- Expected condition
If the actual condition differs significantly (excessive dirt, damage, biohazards, post-party conditions, etc.), we reserve the right to:
- Adjust pricing
- Modify the scope
- Reschedule the service
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Approved electronic payments (e.g., Jobber client hub, bank transfers)
Failure to complete payment may result in:
- Suspension of future services
- Additional fees
5. Cancellations & rescheduling
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.
6. Quality assurance & touch-ups
We are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
If there are any concerns:
- They must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- We will review and, if valid, schedule a touch-up service
We do not offer refunds. Resolution is handled through re-service when appropriate.
7. Limitation of liability
While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improperly secured items
Claims must be reported within 24 hours with supporting evidence.
8. Safety & work conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if:
- Conditions are unsafe or hazardous
- There are biohazards, pests, or structural risks
- There is interference from occupants, pets, or third parties
9. Pets
Pets must be secured during service. We are not responsible for:
- Escaped pets
- Injuries caused by pets
10. Airbnb & turnover services
For short-term rental services:
- Clients must ensure accurate scheduling
- Last-minute changes may not be accommodated
- Delays caused by late check-outs or access issues may affect service completion
11. Additional services
Any services not included in the original booking (e.g., extra laundry, excessive trash removal, deep cleaning upgrades) will be billed separately.
12. Service guarantee limitation
Our services are designed to meet professional cleaning standards. However:
- Perfection is not guaranteed
- Results depend on property condition and maintenance history
13. Commercial clients
For commercial clients:
- Scope, frequency, and pricing may be governed by separate agreements
- Recurring services may include periodic deep cleaning adjustments
14. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
15. Agreement
By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
