More than 48 Hours Before Appointment

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Within 48 Hours of Appointment

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued. Instead, a credit will be applied to your account for a future service.

Within 24 Hours or Same-Day Cancellation

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the full service amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as a cancellation.

No-Show / Access Issues

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a completed service and charges accordingly.

Agreement
